3rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament

What an amazing day! On Saturday August 17th, 2024 I hosted my 3rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament for Emma’s Winter Bundles!

We had 79 golfers out for the day at The Pines of Georgina Golf Couse. In total, we raised $15,500 and about $1,300 was donated to a fund in honour of George Karkambasis to help kids play golf who can’t afford it.

I am so thankful for all of the golfers and volunteers who came out and toughed out the rain! Huge shout out to my parents for their support, Tina Allen, Cindy Backus, and many others who helped make the day come alive :) We had many games throughout the day, like a putting competition, joker poker, 50/50, a raffle, longest drive and closest to pin competition, and a silent auction.

This day isn’t possible without the businesses and individuals who sponsor holes on the course, and who donate to the raffle and 50/50. Huge shout out goes to Orin, Weller Tree Service, and Aircon for their hole sponsorships, and the dozens of businesses that donated items like the wonderful getaways above! I am beyond grateful for each and every persons generosity and support - I truly couldn’t do what I do without you. I cannot wait to get started for this winter!
